   Hueter Leads Inglemoor Over Roosevelt

Senior pitcher Austin Hueter stepped up this afternoon to lead his Viking teammates over a scrappy Roosevelt squad 5-1.  Hueter was outstanding in 5 innings of work allowing just 2 hits while striking out 4.  It was fortunate for the Viks Hueter was on his game as the offense was sluggish for the first 4 innings until a couple Roosevelt errors and a Logan Moen single put Inglemoor on the board in the 4th. Tied 1-1 in the 5th, Inglemoor strung base hits together by Mitchell Gunsolus, Jordan Sui and Moen again to take the lead 3-1. In the 6th Inglemoor scored 2 more when Erick Raynes opened the inning with a single and was brought home by Gunsolus single - his 2nd on the day. Sammy Johnston plated Gonzo on a two out single to round out Inglemoor's scoring.  Scott Meyers was also 2-3 on the day for the Vikings.

Ryan McGee came in relief of Hueter and pitched a perfect 6th against the top of the Teddy line up on 7 pitches.  Trevor McMaster closed the 7th and Inglemoor moved to 8-7 in league with the win and 11-8 overall. Hueter earned his 3 win of the season.

The final league game for Inglemoor is next Tuesday against Lake Wash at Valhalla with the Kingco playoffs beginning next Saturday at Woodinville.
