VIKINGS DERAILED BY KANGS

The LW Kangaroos scored early and often enroute to a 13-4 win over the Vikings.  Inglemoor scored in the 1st when Jordan Sui knocked in Sammy Johnston who had tripled. The Kangs responded with a pair of their own in the bottom of the frame. The Vikings scored again in the 2nd   when Logan Moen singled to plate Trevor McMaster.  Inglemoor scored again in the 3rd with Scott Meyers driving Sui in with a 2-out single. However, the Viks lead was short lived as LW scored 5 times in the bottom of the 3rd and chase starting pitcher Spencer Trautmann.  After a scoreless 4th Marc Dickerson opened the 5th with a towering blast to center for his 2nd home run of the year.  With the Vikings down 3 and Sammy Johnston at 2nd with no outs, as if a  sign of things to come, Jordan Sui lined out to the SS who was able to double up Johnston.  From that point it was all LW who scored 5 more in the bottom of the 5th to put the game away. LW moves to 4-1 in league with Inglemoor moving to 2-3. They face Eastlake on Tuesday at Valhalla - 7 PM.
